Welcome to Sarah Phillips Counselling. I'm a fully qualified BACP registered Counsellor based in Wokingham, passionate about counselling and the benefits it can bring to our lives.
Counselling can offer a safe space for you to explore what’s on your mind. A confidential relationship without any judgement or advice, focusing on your needs.
As well as working through difficult times, counselling can support you to gain a better understanding of yourself. A clearer picture of who you want to be, increased awareness of relationships and thoughts about the future.
In addition to working in private practice, I am also a lecturer at Basingstoke College, teaching a BACP Counselling skills course. I volunteer as a Counsellor at Reading College supporting young adults and a local counselling charity providing counselling to young people.
